As a Innovation Design Lead, I am driven by the desire to bring true innovation and progressive design to life. My work at the On in Zurich has given me the opportunity to work on both advanced explorer projects and elite athlete projects, allowing me to push the boundaries of high performance footwear. I enjoy collaboration with experts in a variety of fields to develop solutions that enhance performance and leave a lasting impression through deeply thoughtful aesthetics. My creative process is focussed on finding new ways to redirect and develop manufacturing processes to drive product improvement and performance.
In addition to my passion for design and innovation I am focussed on implementing long-term innovation strategies and processes for cross-functional teams. I am passionate about coming up with big, leading ideas and establishing environments where Innovation flourishes and I am committed to delivering results that position the brands I work with at the forefront of the industry.
