With the Cloudboom Strike LS we aimed to reduce racing shoes to their true essence, stripping out the components that don’t contribute to athletic performance (or actually distract) while amplifying the elements that truly matter; an exceptional fit, an efficient ride, optimal cushioning.
There is no heelcounter, no laces, no toebox, no tongue and many more parts we stripped away…I call them relics of the past, all of these functions are now integrated into a single ultralight seamless upper (no seams means there are actually no seams in the entire product).
We followed the same reductive mindset for the bottom unit, there is no sockliner, no strobel which results in less noise under foot, improving cushioning and comfort keeping your legs fresh for longer. All this leads to radically new silhouette and running experience all while reducing its carbon footprint.
